  1. The effort ur putting is really worth. Keep posting interesting items. I always want to stay fit and look good. For me,doing exercise daily is very very tough job. I had taken resolution in 2009 as do exercise daily, avoid junk foods.
    I hope u can guide me to achieve 2009 goal.
    What about fitness programme for girls? Are they need to take any special care in doing exercies? I wish u to post some items regarding this.

    Regarding your second question, not only for girls, in general one should take care of them while doing workouts. Thats why i always recommend everybody to consult physician before starting their workout plan.
